Lake Martin Internet
Twelve years ago,
the following three (3) principles became rooted
in my spirit. I've lived by them -
incorporating them into my life. Today, these three (3)
principles are what I've built Lake Martin
Internet upon.
Cassie
Clevenger, President
Lake Martin
Internet, Inc.
Our Mission
Devoted to
believing in the American Dream our Nation was
founded upon:
Quality:
Understanding that quality is defined by our
customer; developing an obsession for delighting
our customers - not being satisfied with "just
doing a job" but going beyond to understand
their current and future needs - to surprise
them with service and support they didn't even
know were possible
Approach:
Managing services as a system, developing and
creating process thinking - including the
customer to ensure that all choices and
decisions are entered into as planned, informed
and controlled movements.
All One
Team: Believing in people, treating
everyone in the team (Customer, Vendor & LMI
Staff) with dignity, trust and respect - working
toward success for all.
